HPE Press is the official publisher of HPE Partner Ready Certification and Learning study guides and HPE Solution Series publications. HPE Press publications are part of a recommended learning path that includes instructor-led training, web-based learning, and self-study.
What makes the study guides different from the standard instructor-led course materials?
The study guides are created for self-paced learning. The instructor-led courseware encompasses learner and lab guides used in a classroom setting for participant and activity-based learning.
How can I learn about new releases from HPE Press?
To be the first to hear about new releases and special offers, register on HPE Press and check the opt-in box to receive email notifications and updates.
How can I learn more about HPE Partner Ready Certification and Learning for exam preparation?
Do the study guides provide test questions in preparation for the actual exam?
Yes, there are test preparation questions and answers. A practice test and learning checks are included in each study guide to help you assess your learning.

Do you offer HPE Press books in languages other than English?
Currently, HPE Press books are in English only.
Why can’t I find a title?
First check if you are correctly registered on HPE Press. You can also use the search tool. If you still cannot find the title you are looking for, please contact HPE Press.
How do I get started with eBooks?
HPE Press eBooks use Adobe's DRM (Digital Rights Management) technology that is compatible with most eBook readers or devices. To get started, you will need to download the free Adobe Digital Editions software to open your books and transfer them to your eReader. In addition, HPE Press supports the Kindle format for most of its published titles.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
All orders of 50 or more units from the HPE Press Publications catalog benefit from a 30% discount. This discount will be automatically applied to your order. Courseware products are excluded.

HPE Press has print sites around the world to enable print-on-demand and delivery to any location globally.
How long does it take to deliver the books?
Turnaround time for delivery can be from 24 hours to 10 days. It is possible to select options for faster turnaround and overnight shipping when you checkout.
Will I be notified when delivery is completed?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number and an email confirmation of delivery.

How can I ship courseware materials to multiple addresses?
Courseware materials are delivered to a single location by default. For shipment to multiple addresses, select the "Multiple addresses"' button and then complete all of the required fields on the Shopping Cart page. When you click the Shipping and Payment button, you are taken to a Split Order screen where you can enter the individual delivery addresses manually, or download an excel file containing the addresses.
What is the "Single address" button on the Shopping Cart page?
By default, all courseware is shipped to a single delivery location. This "Single address" button is green when this option is active.
How do I get to see my PO in the drop down menu at "Shipping and Payment" page?
To add a PO, go to the My Account page and select the My Company Purchase Order menu item. Fill in the data for your PO and upload your PO copy in PDF format. Once a PO has been approved, you can use it for all of your orders until the PO reaches its expiration date, or until the order price exceeds the amount remaining on the PO.
How can I access courseware materials?
Access to courseware materials is restricted. You must register on the site first before you can access those materials.
